Why the price steps up above $10,000 of spend
Because more spend is more work: more campaigns, more search terms to read every week, more to test. $1,500 a month covers an account spending up to $10,000 a month with Google. Above that I price it for the account on the estimate call.
How this compares
Published prices are rare in this business, so here is one that is checkable. Hook Agency, one of the larger roofing and home services agencies, publishes Google Ads management from $2,000 a month on a yearly commitment, and says it works with companies around $3 million to $15 million in revenue (hookagency.com/pricing, read Sept 24, 2026). Red Orca is $1,500 a month, month to month, with no revenue floor, run by one person.
The terms
Month to month
No contract term. Leave any month.
You own everything
The ad account, the Local Services profile, the Business Profile, the landing page and the tracking numbers are in your name, and they keep working if you leave.
One company per trade per county
Or a 30-minute radius around your location instead. Once a company in your trade signs in a county, I won't work against them there.
Ad spend is never marked up
It goes from your card to Google.
When I'd tell you not to hire me
For you if
- You can handle more work than you have now.
- You answer your phone and follow up on leads.
- You can put at least $2,000 a month into Google.
Not for you if
- Under about $2,000 a month for Google. Search cannot gather enough clicks to learn in most counties, and I'll tell you that instead of taking the money.
- Mostly commercial work. This is built for contractors selling homeowners.
- Nobody answers the phone. Leads that go to voicemail are money spent twice.
- You want a guaranteed number of leads. I don't promise lead counts, because your close rate and your phone aren't mine.
Questions
Questions about price.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. Ad spend is charged by Google to your card. I never touch it.
What does Local Services cost?
Google bills Local Services per lead, and the price per lead depends on your trade and area. Those charges are separate from my fee and from your Search budget. I'll walk you through what they look like in your county on the estimate call.
Can I do SEO without Google Ads?
Yes. SEO Core is $2,500 a month on its own, with Local Services included. There is no build fee.
What if my spend goes over $10,000 a month?
Then the price steps up, because the account is more work. I quote it for your account before it happens, never after.
